As you know HypTec GmbH entered a partnership with Voss Fluid GmbH in 2022 With this letter we would like to inform you that this partnership was dissolved on April 16, 2024, and that HypTec Gmbh is once again operating 100% alone. Mr Thomas Höller is now once again the sole managing director and shareholder of HypTec GmbH.
This separation also entails further changes on the product portfolio. From now on HypTec GmbH will only concentrate on the testing division.
HypTec sees itself as a service provider for testing hydraulic and pneumatic components for hydrogen and special gas storage. The development and assembly of components is carried out and continued by Voss Fluid GmbH.
