The company HypTec GmbH was founded on March 16, 2010 by Ing. Mag. (FH) Thomas Höller and DI Andreas Zieger. Initially, the focus was on the development of a pressure regulator for 700 bar hydrogen technology. In the meantime, the portfolio extends across all valves, from tanks to fuel cells. 2014

A small test facility was set up, exclusively for small components. In 2018, Mr. Zieger left the company and Mr. Höller took over 100% of the company. The company will be expanded or the test facility built by the end of 2020.
